When you have an issue in game that requires staff attention, using our ticket system is the most time efficent way to get assistance
Logging a ticket notifies all online staff members and the next available member will assist you.
/ticket describeissuehere - Creates a ticket with the message you enter, also records the coordinates you're at so the staff can teleport to the specific area that may be the issue
/tickets - Get a list of your open tickets
/checkticket ticket# - Get a list of comments for the specified ticket
/rt ticket# message - Add a new comment to the specified ticket. Also use this to reply to the Admin assisting you.
Note: When logging tickets do not use apostrophe's in the description, the ticket will fail to log.
